The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Sharp Brains .
Sharp Brains is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Kids Painting Coloring Book app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Kids Painting Coloring Book app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Sharp Brains will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Sharp Brains cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Sharp Brains cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Sharp Brains cannot accept responsibility
With respect to Sharp Brains s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you.Sharp Brains accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Sharp Brains does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

This Privacy Policy describes information collected through our mobile applications and games.
Ways to use this information.
Our privacy policy is completely COPPA compliant !
There are two types of information that we may collect when you use the Application:
1. “Personal Information” is a type of information that specifically identifies you personally and / or can be used separately to contact you online or offline, for example, your full name, physical address, email address, phone number, photo, Accurate geolocation information (such as your specific location), credit card information and, in some cases, usernames; and
2. “Non-personal information” is information that does not identify you and cannot be used for personal contact with you, including information such as your date of birth, age, zip code, inaccurate geolocation information (for example, your city ) and gender, as well as information about your computer and mobile device, such as your unique device identifier, IP address or other permanent identifiers, as well as their hardware / software / firmware. Non-personal information also includes “Usage Data”, which is anonymous data attached to your computer and / or device, such as the actions you perform in the application and beyond, the date and time you use the application, your game. progress, playing time, score and achievements, as well as the URLs you visited and / or the applications that you used before and after using our application.
- Use of the personal information we collect .
When you download and use our application, we do not require you to provide any personal information, and we do not collect any personal information about you, except that we collect:
- if parents sent us an email, then we only collect email addresses that are specifically designed to provide support.
Use of non-personal information that we collect
It is not personal information and can be used by us for administrative, analytical, research, optimization, protective and other purposes.
In particular, we may use your Non-Personal Information to:
- Track your use of our Application to help us learn more about your gaming activities to enhance your gaming experience;
- compile statistics;
- protect against fraud, crime or fraud or for other security reasons;
- determine the jurisdiction in which you are located so that we can determine which laws apply to you;
- this data can be used for internal purposes, such as personalization of content and contextual (non-behavioral) advertising.
- Children's Privacy Act
Our application complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA, and if, in case the user identifies himself as a child under the age of 13 at the request of support, we will not collect, store or use it and it will be safe to delete any personal information of such a user.
We allow users to contact us if they have questions about supporting the use of our mobile applications. If you send a request to a support service, we may receive your email address and other information that you provide related to your request to the support service (“Support Information”). We use the Support Information only to support the internal operations of our Application, as provided for in Section 312.2 of the COPPA Rules, effective July 1, 2013.
We knowingly do not collect or use Personal Information from children under the age of 13 years. Since we believe that our application is intended for children under 13 years of age, we will not collect personal information from users of this application.
If you are a parent of a child under 13 years old and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us and we will remove this information from our system.
We may collect Non-Personal Information, such as a device identifier or other permanent identifier associated with a device or computer that a child can use to play our Application. The data collected will be anonymous and will not be tied to any Personal Information. In addition, this data will be used exclusively for internal purposes, such as personalization of content, security and contextual (non-behavioral) advertising.
Some of our applications may allow in-game purchases, even if the corresponding game was free to download. Such purchases do not always require re-entering credit card information, because they can be made through an existing third-party account. If you are concerned about this feature, you can disable the ability to make in-game purchases.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, please get your parents permission before registering on our Platform or providing us with any Personal Information.
- Exchange of information and its disclosure
We use the Support Information only to support the internal operations of our Application, as provided for in Section 312.2 of the COPPA Rules, effective July 1, 2013. We do not rent, sell or transfer your email address unless we have your explicit consent and the following circumstances:
(i) We may share your Support Information with our support providers, but only for the purpose of supporting you.
(ii) We may share your email address and / or support information: (a) to protect the security or integrity of our application, (b) to take precautions against liability; (c) respond to a lawsuit; or (d) to the extent permitted by other provisions of the law, provide information to law enforcement agencies or conduct investigations into matters relating to public safety; and if such information is not used for any other purpose, everything is in accordance with Section 312.5 (c) (6) of the COPPA Rules, effective July 1, 2013.

Policies This Policy may change from time to time. We will always keep this up to date so that you know what information we will receive from you, how we can use it and when we can disclose it.
